Tuition rates are $40 for 30 minutes, $60 for 45 minutes, and $80 for 60 minutes.
Tuition must be paid monthly and is calculated based on the number of lessons scheduled for that month.
Tuition payments are due by the 10th of each month.
Accepted payment methods include cash, checks, and electronic transfers (e.g., Venmo).
A $20 late fee will be applied to payments made after the due date.
Lesson Schedule
Lessons are scheduled year-round, with adjustments during break seasons made upon mutual agreement.
Lesson schedules are a commitment, and lessons should not be missed except in cases of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed lessons should be rescheduled as makeup lessons. Otherwise, they will be charged unless agreed upon in advance.
No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows or late cancellations.
If Ella cancels a lesson, a make-up lesson will be arranged, or the tuition will be credited to the following month.
Expectations for Students and Families
Students are expected to attend all the lessons.
Arrive on time. Lesson times strictly adhere to the schedule, with no extra time for late arrivals.
Students are responsible for purchasing all required books and materials.
Bring all necessary materials (e.g., books, a pencil and an eraser) to each lesson.
Students must have trimmed fingernails.
Take off shoes and wash hands with soap before each lesson.
Practice regularly as assigned and maintain a commitment to progress
Termination of Lessons
A 30-day advance notice is required to discontinue lessons.
Ella reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for repeated policy violations, such as late payments, disrespectful behavior, or frequent missed lessons and late cancellations.
